Freeze Frame was started by Lee Shulleeta & Lisa Ann Setchel. Together, we have more than 40 years of customer service and we know what it means to give exemplary service. That’s what makes our woman-owned business so effective. We’ve both been involved in fine dining restaurants and catering for longer than either of us is comfortable divulging. Whether your upcoming event is a backyard affair or a formal corporate-themed large scale event, we deliver.

Our tolerance and appreciation for one another developed during a cross- country road trip in a 1986 Dodge Colt with no air-conditioning a la Thelma and Louise. We share a team of fabulous friends and adoring fans and we work with the contagious spirit of having fun.

One of us is a Richmond born and raised married mother of two whose credits include sky-diving, one Richmond marathon and the best clock collection known to woman. The other is a Pennsylvania transplant who has called Richmond home for many years and an Artist with two VCU Art degrees. We’ll let you figure out who’s who.
